55 Fiction - #17

Hey you are about to read my next 55Fiction. By this time who is visiting my blog must have known what is 55Fiction. Anyway's, for the first timers, understand what is 55Fiction!? 55 Fiction is a form of micro fiction that refers to the works of fiction limited to a maximum of fifty-five words. Most 55 Fiction works are dramatized so as to get the effect in limited time.

IN THE LIGHT

Guru entered the classroom and his eyes rested upon Nandu sitting in the last bench and was staring bleakly at the wall.

"Hi Nandu"lightgraffiti01
"Hi Guru"
"Hey prepared for science test?"
".............."
"Tell me Nandu"
"No I didn't"
"Why?"
"There was no light"
"Oh my God! Power cut eh?"
"No. Yesterday was new moon day"

This is surely a next-door happening that most of us would have witnessed. Thatched huts's only light in the night - Moon! I have recently seen guys studying in street-lights and moon-lit houses. But when I entered my friends house, the fan and the light was there in a place where people are not around. I thought, "How much this light and fan would have helped those little kids out on the street longing for lights!". If we cannot help the society, lets not hinder them. Save the limited, non-renewable resources.

How is my 55Fiction?

With Love,

Yours is a complete full moon! :)
Touching causes in your work is a good idea :)

  9. hey shruti....
I said just what guria repeated...
why didn't u asked her the same question...

you have pretty successfully illustrated your feelings through this 55F...Touching causes in your work is a good idea..indeed...

and remember this.....when the person in front of you is a master you don't explain to him/her what u understood..u just clap....and later on awe with your other friends...
on the other hand if the person is in his/her learning stage and you feel you don't have anything left in you to teach him... you once again clap and applaud and then leave....
again.. i have this certain rule of commenting...i have a certain level of standard for each of the blogs I visit..relatively each of them is unique but there are some which appeal to me the most... I LOVE YOUR BLOG SIMPLY because you say even the toughest of things in the simplest of ways...but that doesn't mean I will repeat this thing again again....if I do so, I am not worthy enough to be called your bro...I definitely point out the niche' in the post every time I find some....(I think you know it very well)..
in fact from now onwards I am really thinking of raising level of minimum accepted standard from your blog..in that case be prepared to have some criticism as well...it will be positive I assure you...

AND NEVER TAKE IT TO YOUR HEART THAT i SOMETIMES SAY LESS..ITS JUST BECAUSE I COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD WHAT U WANT TO SAY..

I am standing and clapping for you, your post and the pic, literally.

It is indeed an absolute 55 fiction.

It did reflect the social inequality in a simple, yet, impacting manner. Yes, it did project the unsaid words and situations.

The Pic indeed complement the topic
